Staffing Levels

OUR PROFESSIONALS

Staffing Levels

As an organisation, we understand the importance of investing in and supporting our staff. As a result, our staffing levels across the group remain stable, consistent, and effective. We are committed to ongoing training and professional development, which has helped build a skilled and confident team able to deliver high-quality, complex support to the people who use our services.

We actively encourage collaboration across our four homes. This includes shared training opportunities, team meetings, and the chance for staff to build positive relationships with the people we support across different settings. We also promote a culture of mutual support, where team members can draw on each other’s strengths and experiences.

By recognising individual staff strengths and aligning them appropriately across our homes, we have been able to enhance the quality and consistency of care we provide. This approach remains one of our key achievements, helping us to create truly individualised care pathways by thoughtfully matching the right staff with the right people.

More Information

Preliminary Assessment and Screening of Needs (PASN)

It is an important consideration for us to be completely transparent when it comes to future placements within Lime Trees Care Group.

Care Planning / Pathways

Places are generally offered on the basis of it being their ‘home’ for as long as the individual wishes to live there and the home is able to meet their identified needs.

Services & Support

Lime Trees Care Group has implemented a different ethos form most care provisions within residential care.

24 Hour Specialised Support for the individual

By recognising the unique strengths, skills, and qualities of each member of our team, and carefully aligning them across our homes, we are able to enrich the care and support we provide every day. This approach is something we are deeply proud of, as it allows us to build meaningful connections and deliver truly consistent, high-quality care.

Most importantly, it helps us create individualised care pathways where each person is thoughtfully supported by staff who are best suited to understand their needs, preferences, and personality—ensuring care that is not only effective, but genuinely person-centred and compassionate.
