OUR PROFESSIONALS

Services & Support

Lime Trees Care Group has implemented a different ethos form most care provisions within residential care.

We realise peoples needs through individual assessments, working on fitting the support plan around the individual and the provision of peoples care is mapped out solely on this basis. We can provide Residential support or Supported Living.

The Organisation provides specialist support for the following conditions;

  • Acquired Brain Injury & Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Huntington Disease
  • Prions Disease

Furthermore – out team has extensive knowledge and experience in ABI and we provide a very person centred rehabilitation programme; Community Based Rehabilitation and In House Rehabilitation.

We are proud to provide tailored support and care that is centred around each individual we support. Whether someone has a learning disability, a physical disability, experiences behaviours that may challenge, or is living with an acquired brain injury, including ABI and TBI, we focus on their unique needs, preferences, and goals. Our aim is to empower each person to live a fulfilling life with as much independence, choice, and dignity as possible.
