Your Goals are chosen by you. Should you need help then we offer support and advice by 1:1 staff. We understand that creating these pathways for you is of huge importance. Whether it may be physiotherapy to help you to walk or a gardening project that you are interested in, we will support you to achieve your goals.
Our aim is to help you to progress in many areas of your life;
Social Interaction: Inclusion into the local community and making friends.
Employment / Education: Learning to manage finances, feelings of satisfaction and self-development/goals.
Hobbies/Lifestyles: Learning to facilitate one’s own interests and self motivation and to recognise strengths and achievements
