Phoebe House Care Home
Specialised support and provision for Acquired Brain Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury.
Phoebe House, part of the Lime Trees Care Group, offers specialized support for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Our 7 bedrooms split between 2 bungalows, provide a homely yet functional environment designed to meet the needs of those requiring more intensive care and support.
Situated just three miles from the town center, Phoebe House offers easy access to local amenities, including shops, a pharmacy, and a variety of dining options. Residents can also enjoy the nearby seafront and local community facilities, enhancing their daily lives with social and recreational opportunities.
At Phoebe House, we focus on personalised care pathways and re-enablement plans, helping individuals transition smoothly from larger care settings or hospitals. Our dedicated team includes physiotherapists, neuropsychologists, and occupational therapists who collaborate closely with the NHS to continue and support rehabilitation programs. This integrated approach helps prevent regression and promotes continuous improvement in our residents’ quality of life.
We pride ourselves on offering one-to-one support, ensuring each resident receives the attention and care they need. This level of individualized care is ideal for those who may not thrive in larger communal settings. Our commitment to excellence is recognized by our accreditation with the Headway Foundation, highlighting our dedication to providing high-quality care for those with neurological conditions.
