YOUR CARE

Events

As part of a Group – we consider meeting and mixing with other people that we provide support for and their families a great way of building on social skills and promoting relationships.

We actively organise events such as Coffee Mornings, BBQ’s and Festival Parties at all the homes.

Families & Friends are welcome and provide a real positive atmosphere for all there.

We encourage family & friends to meet as it is a common route for people to share experiences and seek advice and support for those that can reflect upon some of the more difficult situations that arise from having someone with a brain injury or similar neurological condition within the family.

The Events are usually posted on notice boards at the homes or we contact you directly to let you know what is happening.

Meet Jacob

Jacob is our social butterfly, always happiest when he’s busy and engaged in activities he loves. With the support of his key worker, he plans a full and exciting weekly schedule that includes both in-home activities and opportunities with external providers.

Jacob enjoys expressing himself through singing, getting creative in the kitchen with cooking, and spending time outdoors gardening. His personalised activity plan ensures he stays active, connected, and involved in the things that bring him joy.
