Lime Trees Care Home

Lime Trees Care Group (LTCG) is a small organisation that has prided itself on delivering a high level of care for individuals between our three homes.

LTCG has ensured that the standards initially set out in the 2002 Care Standards Act and more recently the 2008 Care Standards, have always been met – initially comprising of 14 standards at a ‘Commendable’ level, then moving forwards to a level 3 ‘rating’ over the following 8 years. We have given advice and guidance, upon request, to other organisations that have had diffuculty meeting these high standards.

We have acheived Headway accreditation by meeting their high standards in the care we provide.

We have an ‘investors in people’ award and continue to actively work with the local Job Center to encourage volunteer work and provide guidance to young people looking at careers in the care sector.

Further ‘Dignity in Care’ awards have been given to most of our staff team, for their professional consideration toward the people we provide support for.
