About Lime Trees Care Group

At Lime Trees Care Group (LTCG), we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of care across our four homes: Lime Trees, Oakley House, Phoebe House, and Rowland House.

We are committed to providing purpose-built, adaptable environments for individuals with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Each setting is designed to be comfortable, safe, and tailored to meet individual needs through a truly person-centred approach.

Our environments, combined with the dedication and expertise of our team, create a strong foundation for supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. We continuously strive to enhance the quality of care we provide, ensuring every person has the opportunity to grow, develop, and succeed.

We are proud to have achieved ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) across our services, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence and positive outcomes for those in our care.

Our Homes

Lime Trees

Lime Trees is a large 10-bedded one-storey property in the village of Great Oakley.

Oakley House

Oakley House is a 2 bedroomed house for people that do not have physical disabilities.

Rowland House

Rowland House is a specifically designed premises that consists of 3 small bungalow units.

Phoebe House

Phoebe House, part of the Lime Trees Care Group, consist of 2 bungalows offers specialised support for individuals with (ABI) and (TBI).

As part of our effort to continually improve, we have become Accredited Approved Providers with Headway UK for Lime Trees Bungalow & Oakley House. You can find out more information as to how this works and what it means here.

CQC Quality Assured

Lime Trees Care Group has received the Care Quality Commissions rating of ‘Good’ at the Lime Trees. All of our homes are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our ratings and inspection reports can be accessed here.

CASE EXAMPLE

24 Hour Specialised Support individuals

Joe’s disability means that he needs for 24 hour specialised support, not able to be delivered in a Supported Living Home. The backing of a team solely devoted to his care needed to be set up.
