We have identified that an effective delivery of support comes from a Team that understands the needs of people using our services. We therefore have implemented a training philosophy that concerntrates on the specific needs of all those who are included within our service. This includes the design of new training areas as well as training that is utilised across the service.

Training Examples that are specific to individuals include ;

TOOTS - Time Out procedures to manage behaviours than may challenge.

Relationship and social behaviour training.

Speech and Language Training / Dysphagia Managment.

What is important to note is that the continuation of the Organisation to develop training around individuals mean that we have a large portfolio of training knowledge across the Teams.
